Loved it! Stayed for 2 nights. Great value for the room, clean and safe, the front desk staff was very helpful. Loved the enormous beautiful pool! Walking distance to the waterfront, shops, restaurants. The cafe and restaurant were both great.

Convenient Location

The place is right next to Tanama Jungle Ranch, and we could easily walk to downtown in just 5 minutes. Plus, the room had a spacious balcony to relax on. 🌿

I loved the amazing pool, it was large and had a lot of lounges and umbrellas to relax on. The staff were very friendly and helpful, making my stay here comfortable. The hotel was clean and had good facilities. Also, the location was great, allowing me to walk to the nearby bars and restaurants.

The customer service at this hotel was quite poor. One guest had a bad experience with staff damaging their clothes and not being helpful in resolving the issue.

I recently had a fantastic stay at this hotel in a beautiful location. The value for money was unbeatable, especially considering all the great amenities included. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and had a large balcony with stunning views. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, especially when I needed assistance while traveling with my baby. The breakfast included in the rate was delicious and served in a lovely area near the pool.

Over Christmas, I stayed at a hotel in Bayahibe with my family. The best aspects were the lovely staff and the clean and comfortable rooms. The location was also great - close to bars, restaurants, and food markets. Plus, we enjoyed having a big pool where we could swim and relax.

I was disappointed that there was no regular cleaning service, and we had to pay extra for breakfast at the restaurant. The worst was the shower, which had terribly inconsistent hot and cold water, making it uncomfortable to use.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. the value for money here is incredible. The deal we got was unbelievable, and we were able to enjoy a fantastic stay without breaking the bank. Secondly, the attention to detail in this hotel is fantastic. From the cute decorations in the room to the large balcony where we could relax and enjoy the view, every aspect has been well thought out. Lastly, I must mention the staff. They were beyond helpful and made our stay even more enjoyable. Their kindness and willingness to assist, especially when I was traveling alone with a baby, was greatly appreciated.

I struggled to find any faults with this hotel. Everything was in great working order and the staff were always responsive and friendly.

We had a romantic getaway and the overall stay was so-so. The best aspects were the spacious room and the great pool. We also enjoyed the fact that the hotel was located a bit away from the center, providing a more peaceful atmosphere. The on-site restaurant was also a plus, offering some decent food options.

There were some major negative aspects of our stay. The first disappointment was the lack of regular cleaning service and breakfast included.

Lovely hotel, heavenly pool, kind and helpful staff, short walk to beach, good wifi, clean and well-maintained.
